1. About this site
This website is operated by Prismatic Labs Ltd. It provides information about the Vetch open-source SDK and paid inference waste review services. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. The Vetch SDK
Vetch is open-source software released under the Apache License 2.0. These Terms of Use cover this website only. Your use of the SDK is governed by the Apache 2.0 licence, not these terms.
3. Energy, carbon, and cost estimates
Estimates produced by Vetch are directional approximations derived from token counts, published model efficiency data, and regional grid carbon intensity values. They are provided for informational and analytical purposes: FinOps decision-making, engineering optimisation, and sustainability trend reporting.
They are not audited carbon disclosures, regulatory filings, or financial statements. Prismatic Labs makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for carbon certification, regulatory compliance, or investment decisions.
4. Paid services
Waste reviews, audits, and control plans are provided under separate written engagement agreements. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. Actual scope and pricing are confirmed before any work begins. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, copy, and design are copyright Prismatic Labs Ltd. The Vetch SDK and its documentation are open-source under Apache 2.0. The Cloud Kettle Index methodology and data are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 where noted.
6. Privacy and cookies
This site uses functional cookies required for basic site operation. WordPress may set session cookies as part of normal operation.
This site may also use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used: for example, which pages are visited and how visitors navigate the site. Analytics data is used only to improve the site and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
If you prefer not to be tracked, you can decline cookies using the banner on your first visit, or clear your browser cookies at any time. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismatic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the Vetch SDK, or any estimates it produces. Our total liability for any claim arising from paid services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
